Who we are

Cozy Home LLC is a California-registered limited liability company that owns and operates a small portfolio of short-term vacation rental properties. We focus on a hands-on, host-led model: every home is prepared the way we'd want it for our own family, and every booking is supported by a real person.

What we do

We provide short, well-cared-for stays in residential vacation properties. Bookings are accepted directly through this site and through partner platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo). Day-to-day operations — turnovers, maintenance, building access, vendor coordination — are handled by a network of professional service providers we engage on written agreements.

How we communicate

  • With guests — primarily through the booking platform's messaging system (this site, Airbnb, Vrbo) and by email. Confirmed guests who provide a mobile phone number also receive transactional reservation SMS (booking confirmation, pre-arrival check-in details, checkout reminder, urgent stay matters) from our dedicated guest toll-free number, and may text back any time during their stay.   • With service providers and operational partners — by SMS to our operations toll-free number (833) 348-2450, only after written, dedicated, separately-initialed SMS consent. See the Operational SMS Terms and the opt-in form.

We operate two separate SMS programs on two separate toll-free numbers, each with its own opt-in mechanism and its own dedicated terms page. Neither program is used for marketing, promotions, or advertising.
